not necessarily, you'll see that in shorter and taller dogs. You'll see a lot that are a bit long in the back and short in the leg-in both smaller and larger dogs.It's rare (but happens occasionally) that a dog is longer in leg and shorter in back, thus giving the illusion of taller.This can cause movement problems,such as over reaching.
