Tasers are illegal as self-defense weapons here in Michigan too....but it doesn't mean people don't have them (or use them....) |
I've got to admit I didn't read it that carefully, I've just heard of the police using them and actually killing people and I guess they aren't as safe as once originally thought. I don’t blame the OP for using it though, and I too am glad Priscilla isn’t hurt.
