There is a company that is charging hugh bucks doing what you are talking about for inside and what they do is mail new grass every 3 weeks. I am sure they have to do this as the urine will kill the grass after awhile. You still should pick up the poop just like people do in their backyards. I don't think it makes a hill of beans difference what kind of grass you buy. Somebody posted this system but for the life of me I can't find it.
