I don't think I'd worry too much. Jackson has eaten full bully sticks before and although I try not to let him; it has happened. I typically take them away at 2" simply for fear of choking but it's never done anything before. Bully sticks are 100% digestible unlike rawhide, etc, so I don't think it's a big deal. She's not showing any symptoms or anything, right? No constipation, no diarrhea, no vomiting, dehydration, weakness, etc? Think about it, if she was chewing down a 1" bully stick, it's no different than when she chewed the first inch off of it, etc, if that makes sense. They can eat the whole thing. The only reason people take them away if dogs are gulpers and swallow like a 2" bone and it gets stuck in their throat.
