I don't really think DentaStix will do much, honestly. They are not very hard, I can break them very easily, I don't see how it would do much for the teeth.
Brushing is really the best thing, IMO, and probably the safest, but like I said, I do use the other products in conjunction with brushing (petzlife, plaqueoff, and healthymouth). The thing that concerns me with some of the products, including petzlife, is it does contain alcohol. I don't feel I use it enough nor is there enough alcohol in it to make a huge difference in my 16lb dog, so we still use it once a week or so on a night when we don't brush, etc. |
