I doubt the poor little guy had ever seen a brush and comb either...how someone couldn't neglect such a sweet little boy is beyond me. And yet through all the neglect he has one of the best personalities in a puppy I have witnessed. He is just such a happy and playful boy. I am so glad that you saw his picture Stephanie, because I really believe Bear was destined to be yours
