I am not sure of the best way to find an orthopedic surgeon maybe google but I have no idea. It is best before you let anyone cut on his little knee that you have an orthopedic surgeon look at it because they know better about the LP then just a regular vet. I certainly would have a specialist if I was having knee problems instead of having my regular doctor try to diagnose and take care of it
