I was like this with my daughters as well -- any deviation from "normal" behavior and I was in the doctor's office. Would rather have peace of mind than regrets later.
Romeo is too precious to us to take any chances. Plus he can't tell me what's wrong so paying attention to changes in his behavior is a big indicator that something is just not right and I should have him checked out.
He's fast asleep next to my girls so I'm going to get some dinner and relax too.
