Hi I had a scare today with Romeo. He slept well past 1pm (which is very unusual) and when he did get up it was to throw up and he flopped right back into his bed. Thank goodness I got him to the vet -- elevated temp and dehydration. He got some fluids, I made him boiled chicken w/brown rice and at the vet's advice added some Gatorade to his water. He ate all his dinner and has been drinking frequently. I hate to think of the outcome had I not gotten him to the vet today.
Just shared this with you not to scare you but to let you know that a vet visit may be in order (especially with the long holiday weekend).
