Check her body closely, including her little rear end. It could be something innocent (a member here had a doggy who behaved the same way and it turned out she had a little poop stuck to her rear end) or it could be something more serious.
Make sure her gums are nice and pink and moist. Pale and sticky are signs of trouble.
It's impossible to tell over the internet how serious things are. If you have any doubts, please go to a 24 hour clinic. These little ones can go down fast.
