What I've learned.... Everyone has good intentions.... Sometimes things are said that may be true, but just thrown at you harsh. I do not agree with the way some Post are written.... I think sometimes the truth can be delivered a bit more gentle... But, even though I have gotten some harsh words as advice, I'm always grateful for the various opinions I am given. Like someone has already said... Gotta have tough skin.... Even I am learning that!!
As far as new op's not returning because of advice given.... If they are truly needing help, and truly wanting to learn, they will come back!!!
