I am in the process of purchasing a new yorkie and the breeder is requiring a $300 deposit. They are around 4 weeks now. Your deposit will secure your puppy but she then lets people pick their puppy in order she received the deposit. At 8 weeks she allows us to start picking. I am happy with the process and she lives within an hour and a half of me so I can go hand pick
and see the parents!
