People always ask me, "How cute, is she a teacup?" They ask me this b/c she's still a puppy, so she's small (well, 5.4lbs now at 4 months!). Anyway, I don't feel like explaining the whole T-cup story in the pet store so I say, "no, a standard Yorkie. She should be around 7lbs." Sometimes they say, "oh" like they're sorry I got such a 'big' Yorkie! LOL I think nowadays when uneducated people think "Yorkie," they assosiate it with T-cup. It's a shame, but it's true.
