It's run by the salvation army for kids in need. They have christmas trees - usually at walmart and places like that - with a child's age, gender, gift wish list and it lists the kids sizes for clothes. You pick one off the tree, buy a gift, then bring it back unwrapped (the kid's parents wrap it for them) and they deliver it to the family.
