We definitely have a security system.... I actually was more worried about my dogs safety than someone taking stuff from my house. We have the typical security system (windows, doors, motion sensors, glass breakage, etc.) & a few surprises that I won't mention.
. I once set off the alarm unknowingly and it was within 1-2 minutes that 3 cruisers came screeching in front of the house...... Embarrassed, but LOVED THE QUICK REACTION!!!
Funny that we have the system, as we take our dogs with us ALL the TIME!.... but after reading this thread and many others that preceded it, I think it is an awesome thing to have & recommend it!
