Yes, that's a nasty smell when they are losing teeth and gaining new ones. Mixture of blood and fish, and rotted food that gets in gum pockets. Soon as her permanent teeth all come in the breath will be fine. I agree with others it's a good time to get them use to brushing. I really don't think you need to see a vet for this. By the way, most Yorkies don't lose all their baby teeth on their own, and most of us have the remaining ones pulled during a spay or neuter.
