Bella is beautiful and good luck with her. I was told that Romeo's top weight would be around 9 lbs - both sire and dam are around 7 lbs - and today he's a whopping 15+ lbs. He is "big" but not fat or overweight so don't be surprised if Bella exceeds 10 or 12 lbs.
On the potty training, I have to agree with the others. You need to be consistent and keep Bella in a confined space. Usually they "go" an hour after eating so you may want to use that as a guideline.
It sure is heart wrenching to hear them cry or whine but follow the advice you get on this forum.
