Mine are basically pad trained- they will go outside if they are out there but use the pads on a day to day basis. It is really the only thing that would work in my house- there is no way I would expect them to hold it for 9+ hours while I am at work, its just not fair. I still try to have someone stop in and check on them during the day but that doesn't always work.
