I'm a nurse to who works full time. Luckily my parents and brother will doggie sit for me. I work 7p to 7a- 3 x/ wk now. I used to for x5 8 hr shifts 3-11. My work schedule is based around their schedules.
Is there anyone that can take your baby out halfway through for work time? That way he will only have to hold it for 4-5hrs instead of 8 hrs if that is what you work.
I have never used pee pads so no help there. My babies slept through the night by 4-6 months (11p to 6a) as puppies. Does he actually need to go to the bathroom at 3am or does he want to play?
I would crate/play pen him when not at home or unable to watch him.
