Ok I'm not sure if i posted this on the right day or not, but I figured since in the last "caption this photo" the winner was annouced I think its ok for me to start another... My apologies if I did one too early. (Its my first one).

Welcome to the thread! Looks like the numbskull (me!) who wrote the instructions didn't do a very good job explaining the rules. It's the winner of the previous contest who posts the next picture. Cha Cha won the contest.

But I see no reason why we can't caption your adorable picture just for fun! Maybe the OP can change the name of your contest to reflect that it's not the official #31 in the series.
