 Really not an emergency???
Please- need opinions. My 11.5 month old pure-bred male Yorkie had tinge of blood & mucus in his stool. I called his vets' hotline and they say to just watch for any change. Someone gave him a few bites of chicken breast last couple of days as a treat. He is used to dry diet with occassional plain yoghurt as a flavoring. Could that have caused the symptoms? He is neutered, has had a tooth pulled, & up to date on innoculations & heartworm meds. Should I worry & do something else right now? Is vet tech right - should I just wait and watch???? |
