When Bailey was a baby, she had some trouble with those evil stairs! She was tiny too, but we had some bad accidents with stairs...

She was going outside when she was first learning to use the stairs. We have french doors from our kitchen to the screened in porch, then a regular outside porch, more stair, GRASS! So she was going out the kitchen door(one step) and she had her body half in half out. So then she went ahead and made the attempt to go out.... but she got scared with the door closing behind her and backed up and her leg got caught in the door... she went "EEEKKKK!" She was crying like a little baby! Poor Bailey, $100 later and a trip to the ER, she was ok!

So in my little story, don't try and rush the stair thing. They will learn eventually, they are so smart. I would feel safer carying anyways, they are so fragile and could easily break a bone... especially when young.

Merry Christmas!!
