hi there neighbors had shihtzu puppies today, the owner wasnt home when she had her puppies and had found one cold in the sac, got the call ame over have warmed him up, aspirating his lungs, slung him, i havent heard a cry yet and it seems as though he is gasping i cant hear fluid in his lungs and have gotten all liquid out he just seems to take deep breaths, im afraid to nurse him w mom as i've never had this problem w my yorkies, any advice
