ya i agree playpen and puppy pads or gate off a certain section of your house,....thats what i've done with meesha is gated her off to the downstairs living room or my room, baby proofed it made sure no wires,etc, lined up 2 pads in a row, because sometimes they walk when they poo and miss the pad lol, and i put on the happy yayyyy meesha voice and give her a tiny itty bitty treat when i see her go on the pad, shes doing amazing only 2 accidents so far
..but puppys will make mistakes every now and then, full time shifts is a long time for your pup to be in a crate, i think she'd be happyer with a bit more space
