Yorkies seem to be more needy and want to be close at all times, so the sleeping in the bed thing is a first, i just wasnt sure if shes too young, might give the crate try a go until shes a little bigger?..,but it breaks my heart when she cries. she likes to sleep in the comfortor or on my arm,lol ... hmm i'm torn on what i should do, just keep letting her sleep with me or try a crate, i worry about her not being able to breathe under the comfortor, i don't move in my sleep so i know i'm not going to squish her, i sometimes wonder what will happen if she falls on a pillow on my floor from out of my bed, i'm always so worried about her lol i guess i'll get more comfortable as she gets older and get to know her better, i'm just glad she dosen't potty in my bed and wakes me up to go to her pee pad LOL
Some dogs like to be covered up. Gracie likes to go under my blanket and sleep many times. She loves it and will dig at the blanket until I let her under it. Maybe you could take a blanket and make a little nest for her to sleep in on the bed. That way she's surrounded and will feel secure. If you don't mind her sleeping with you it sounds like you have made it pretty secure for her. Puppies are used to having their mom and litter mates to sleep with so it is difficult sometimes to get them used to sleeping alone. Just decide for sure what you want her to be trained to do because trying to change once she is used to sleeping with you would be difficult.
