Keep in mind that you need to feed less of the higher protein foods than regular. They usually have more calories and are more nutrient dense than other foods. That is probably what caused the diarrhea -- essentially overeating. So, in addition to mixing, reduce the amount of food.
I would hold off on the yogurt until everything is back to normal. Go easy with the yogurt. It can cause problems too. My boys are 8 and 9 pounds and they have less than a teaspoon a day.
