Both of my girls sleep in my bed. I have one on each side of me.
But I love it. My only concern is the age of your baby. I got Rosie at 6 months and Mikki at one year so neither one of my girls were little pups. I do have stairs so my girls can get up and down on the bed. Maybe someone that had younger pups can give you better advice. Good luck!
