Welcome to YorkieTalk and congrats on the new puppy. For the first few weeks Callie would cry a lot in her crate. I would suggest taking her out to potty when she cries and then putting her back in and ignoring her. Also you should make sure she can see you when she is in her crate sometimes that can help. But she is a puppy and everything is new to her so try to keep that in mind.
