I just found out I was diabetic this year, I wondered if there was a real connection between the sugar and my eyesight, or it was my imagination, so thanks for that information. I don't usually ever eat sugar, and my fasting blood sugar was like 240, but they did a three month test which is an average daily (I guess?), and it was pretty good, so he said I didn't need to go on any medications. I've been sensitive to sugar all my life, so I've avoided it, but it's just so hard around Christmas!
