Dogs are never naked! They have hair.
My dogs wear clothes often and don't mind them at all. I think they're cute, but totally not necessary. I am doing it more for me - than for them. They could probably care less.
I am sure they should have a coat or something on when they go out into cold weather. They are little and get cold quickly. No fun!
