Yeah they'll flop up and down when they are young and teething. Geno's ears are finally staying up. The breeder taped them when he was little and while he was teething, his one ear would flop, but he also had an ear infection and we had to put gel in his ear so that was another reason why the one flopped. He hasn't been teething too much now so they have been staying up. We also get them tipped at the groomers.
