Last night, our 2-1/2 year old yorkie, Marlee Grace
was accidentally left behind a close door with the trash (I lost her collar at the ocean...so no jingling of tags to listen to).

ingested some moldy chili at 10:30-ish, by 10:45 she began seizuring, we got into the car and drove to Tacoma, to the emergency vet. They gave her Valium, a muscle relaxer and something else I can't think of. The bill was facing over $1000 so I transferred Marlee to my vet this morning, they have kept her sedated as she keeps having seizures, they have been giving her fluids. We are picking her up at 8:30 and bringing her home for the night. Should she have seizures after tomorrow morning, it will be likely that she has brain-damage and we will need to consider putting her down.

in your prayers tonight, she is the sweetest dog and our family is so sad. Her son, 7-month old Thor is so lost without her and my senior yorkie, Rocco is even missing her.
Please pray for us to make the right decisions in what to do.
