Am I saying that I'm perfect? Heck no, I've had my days where I didn't want to do it, or couldn't rather due to being busy at the registers or tied down with someother task. When this happens I simply let the customer know that there is a oops station right around the corner with bags, sanitizer and hand gel. They usually will understand.

Well I offered to clean it but she did but she was in a real huff because it happened. The only time Chachi sprays is when he smells other dogs he doesnt do it at home. So I am not gonna take him to places like that anymore.
