I miss going to see the Christmas lights and store window displays on State Street in Chicago. Ice skating in Daley Plaza. Now that Marshall Field's is gone, I'm not sure if it is as nice.
I'm too old and cold-blooded now to go to the tree lighting ceremony on the White House Ellipse in Washington, DC.
We usually stay home and listen to lots of Christmas music, play with the doggies, and video conference with the family back in Chicago.
