As they say the wheels of justice turn slowly. In my opinion the nursing association she belongs to should review her and throw her out. If she is that sick she is also a threat to the people who are put in her care.
It is true that as far as I have seen there is nothing to prevent her from getting another pet and doing the same to it. Sickening.
Is there any sort of humane organization in Brazil that will actually follow up on this torture / murder and lobby the government to change the laws? |
