Has anyone tried running their malware and/or antivirus programs in safe mode? It may be able to detect bad files in your internet temp file folders that the usual scanning did not detect, remove/quarantine. It has worked for me the last 2 times I got zapped by the "Buy This Antivirus" malware programs. I watched an IT person do that and after paying them $50 for the previous 2 times I gave it a try. It worked. Also make sure your java programs, malware and antivirus definitions are up to date. I'm running Malware Bytes and MS Security Essentials both have done a good job of catching malware and are free.
Word of caution, if unsure about running in safe mode, get some help, you don't want to mess up some essential files.
