What is Natural Tears??? Bella's tears and stains are so bad and I have tried everything. I wipe them twice a day....give bottled water. When I took her to the groomer The trimmed all that hair away. Within an hour the stains and tears were back. I brought it to my vets attention and he didn't help at all
