My two are cut short but it doesn't get too cold here (now that I've said that, it will probably be a record breaking cold winter). Unless it's really cold, I don't put pajamas on them. They snuggle up in the covers. They sleep with me and we have a lot of blankets, even in the summer. Mine used to not move at all when I would put a sweater or any clothes on them.
