I am sorry to hear she is still not getting better. Buster's kennel cough/pneumonia required different combinations of drugs to finally get rid of the infection. Even though he was playing he still was not quite right. I would definitely get the tests better to know what you are dealing with. Also in case there are other issues the might come up that you need to deal with the pet shop on the more documentation you have the better.
