Vegetarian Lentil Stew
My friend made this a few years ago. It was sooo delicious I ate 3 bowls during the course of the night! Unfortunately that is how I found out I'm allergic to lentils!!!  Vegetarian Lentil Stew Recipe at Epicurious.com
