Welcome to YT - what a little cutie pie you have! I would choose a kibble that is a good quality, like Wellness. To coax her to eat, add something to it - maybe a bit of canned Wellness, or some cottage cheese, yogurt, something like that. If you keep changing her food, she will continue to be picky (although with 2 previous bouts of hypoglycemia, I understand your concern when she doesn't eat). Another option you could consider is home cooking...just be sure you add a vitamin supplement to be sure she's getting everything she needs.

Edited to add: I also think that if she only eats wet food, that's not the worst thing in the world, as long as it's a good quality food.
