That is the way I feel too. Just reading the comments about the video describing the horror done to this precious dog is already haunting me.
Jesus, please take this poor abused dog onto your lap where he will never be hurt again. Heal his injuries and heart and let him remember no more the cruelty that was one to him. Amen.
