OP I APPRECIATE the fact that you are trying to get justice for this little pup and telling us about the laws in Brazil. I for one didn't know that they could get away with animal abuse and it's cruel. So even though I didn't watch the video I still appreciate the fact that you're trying to get it out there so we can try and change what is going on over there.
