Yes, there are ERs where she could be admitted or I can just get her vet out of bed. Could call the neuro in right now, but we aren't doing surgery, so I'm not quite sure if there would be a point to that. She is moving. Doesn't seem to be dehydrated. Doesn't want to stand, but is soooooo drugged up. Exactly how she acted post-spay with this drug. Within a few hours I think we'll know more. We're doing what her vet thinks is a fair option right now and just hoping it turns out ok.
