According to this, and if I'm reading it correctly, a liquid form can be made at a pharmacy that does compounding.
CAUTION: The commercially available human liquid product contains xylitol which can be toxic to dogs.
It is possible to have a special formulation made at a pharmacy that does drug compounding so that it does not contain xylitol. IVDD Drugs and Side Effects
