The OP posted this to get the word out there. THe more people that know about the lack of laws in Brazil the better. Power in numbers to change the law and do what is right. The woman in the video is clearly mentally disturbed and should not own a dog, or be around children. She needs to go to jail or be put in a mental institution so she can get help. Paying a silly monthly fee is not enough, especially for a woman who is a nurse and is married to a doctor. You can see what she did to the poor 5lb dog, just think of what could happen if the 3 year old ticks her off...
YT is a very popular site and comes up whenever you search for yorkies or yorkshire terriers so by posting this here more people will become aware of the situation. If no one is aware of it then it seems like no one cares, and if no one cares, then this woman will get away with what she did and will do it again.
