Did anyone else notice that the person recording seemed to be trying to avoid being seen? I agree that they SHOULD have intervened, but when people witness something traumatic happening...people can fight/flight OR freeze. There are a few situations I WISH I had intervened but I physically couldn't. Maybe the person video-taping wanted to intervene, but couldn't for whatever reason...and figured the best thing they could do is get evidence of what happened? Yeah~makes me wonder~was it an older child?!? maybe upstairs in the same home?!? Who ever it was~they seemed to be afraid of her by the way they were hiding while taping!! Disturbing!!!
