That's why I was asking if the vet had seen her- because I would be shocked if she had reached that stage and the vet wanted to wait that length of time; yet I have known vets give such appalling advise...
(and I didn't explain missys story right- we noticed the wet when it would prob have been there a while, we wouldn't have had her to the vets a heck of a lot faster had we noticed it earlier... I'm a panicker, but my vet doesn't mind- thankfully!)
