Try to relax. Oz has done this thing too. He had gone many weeks as well and then had a couple accidents. Then he was fine for another 3 weeks or so and had another accident. I think the main thing is to continue praising for going in the places you want her to, and a very stern NO when she goes where you don't. Just keep at it. They're not robots, so they do make mistakes. Oz has now gone a couple months without an accident. Don't get discouraged.
