Sad Sigh...

Hey y'all! I am sad this morning. As many of you know, Katie Scarlett is 5 months old. We have had her 2 months. She was doing fabulous on her potty training. I thought she was almost all the way there. She had not had an accident in at least 2 weeks. Well yesterday she had 2 accidents and she has already had 2 more this morning! Is she regressing? What do I do? She hasn't had any change of lifestyle, food, etc. She has been feeling great, no sickness or anything. We haven't moved the potty pads or anything. Do they 'forget' sometimes or what? What do I do to let her know that pottying on the carpet is a no no? Will she get better? She hasn't been spayed yet. We are going to set up the appointment for that after Christmas. I'm just kinda sad. I was so proud. She was doing so good! Now I feel like I've done something to mess it all up. I know, or I hope, she will get better. I don't mind cleaning it up. She is my baby and I love her, but I do want her to use the potty right as much as she can. I know they have accidents, but still. I didn't yell or anything at her. I firmly told her 'no' and let her know that is not where we potty. She also has been 'acting out' here lately. She does what we call 'back barking.' When we tell her to do something, she will put up a little bit of a fuss. Definitely in those teen years as I mentioned earlier. Could this be her acting out with the pee/poopie too?

Any advice? Thanks guys!
